Giggles Club is a pediatric health tracking application that allows parents, caregivers, and healthcare providers to record and monitor children's growth, vaccinations, milestones, daily care activities, and medical history.

6. Care Team Features
The Service allows you to invite caregivers and doctors to access your child's health records. You are responsible for managing access to your child's data through the invite system. You may revoke access at any time by removing team members.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all health data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eldunari Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
